HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Having a coach is similar to having a personal trainer. You have someone with the knowledge, expertise, and background necessary to help you transform certain areas of your life. They can guide you to make changes and show you proven methods to help you do so. But ultimately, the results are dependent on your hard work. The amount of assistance you get depends on the type of coaching you choose. We’ll discuss which option is right for you on our discovery call.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1:1 COACHING AND 3 MONTH INTENSIVE COACHING?
The decision to do 3 month intensive coaching versus one-off coaching sessions depends on various factors, including how much of a longer-term strategy and attention you need and want, how much you thrive with ongoing support, and your ability to invest in a coaching relationship. VIP coaching is a series of 6 sessions every other week over a 3-month time frame and 10% off individual coaching.
